Terms & Conditions 

1.  Reservations

You must guarantee your reservation at the time of booking 

You can guarantee your room by giving your credit or debit card details at the time of booking or by paying for your room in full when you make the reservation up to three days prior to arrival (Payment can be made by debit / credit card.) 

2.   Payment 

At the Almond Tree Hotel you pay for your room on arrival.  

Almond Tree Hotel accepts payment by cash, credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), and debit card. 

Customers paying with cash are required to provide identification on check-in. Acceptable forms of ID are: current driving licence, ID card, passport, credit card or debit card, or police warrant card. 

3.  Room prices 

Room prices are per room, per night and are inclusive VAT. Continental Breakfast is included in the room price.  

Almond Tree Hotel reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time. If you make a reservation more than one month in advance, the quoted room price may change before the date of your stay. 

Although Almond Tree Hotel aims to inform you before it makes price increases, we reserve the right to charge the room price current on the arrival date or you may cancel the reservation without charge.  

Almond Tree Hotel reserves the right to charge a supplement during key events and periods of high demand. For details of our most current room prices please check our website www.almondtreehotel.co.uk 

4.  Cancellations 

If you cancel a guaranteed room within 48hrs of the 3pm checkin time of the date of arrival, you will be charged for one night's accommodation per room booked. 

A cancellation reference will be given and must be retained as proof of cancellation.  

If you decide to shorten your stay after check-in 48 hours notice is required.

All discounted rates and special offers are non-refundable. 

Any monies refunded to client will be subject to a 10% administration charge.

5.  Arrival and departure 

Rooms are available from 3pm on the arrival date.  

Please let Almond Tree Hotel know if you are likely to arrive after 10pm.

Your room must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Failure to leave your room by this time may result in additional charges up to and including the cost of one night's accommodation.  

6.  Particular requirements 

Family rooms offer accommodation for two adults and one child aged 15 and under (and a child under 2 years in a cot – subject to availability), or a maximum of 2 adults.  

Almond Tree Hotel can provide a cot at no extra charge.

Almond Tree Hotel operate a no-smoking policy throughout.

Almond Tree Hotel have a room adapted for the disabled on the ground floor. 

Although Almond Tree Hotel will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, all rooms are subject to availability. We apologise in advance if your particular requests cannot be met.  

7.  Breakfast 

Breakfast is served in the dining room between 7am and 9am on weekdays and between 8am and 10am at weekends and on Bank Holidays.  

8.  Please note 

We regret that, with the exception of assistant dogs, no pets are allowed in the Almond Tree Hotel.  

Electrical appliances, such as toasters, mini cookers and portable grills, may not be used in the rooms as they may set off the sensitive fire alarm system. 

For the benefit of all guests, we regret that hot take away food is not permitted in the bedrooms.  However, we are happy to provide the facilities of the breakfast room to enjoy your meal.

Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party who is not a member of your group. 

You must not advertise, market or otherwise offer any Almond Tree Hotel room for sale either on its own or as part of a combined offer. 

Damaged or missing Almond Tree Hotel property will be charged at our discretion.
